A dramatic eye is not always created by packing on layers of eyeshadow. It can be as simple as taking a dark colored liner, even your traditional black or brown liner, and lining the top and bottom of your lid. Then take a small stiff brush or even your finger and lightly smudge out the liner. Finish it off with 2 to 3 coats of a voluminous mascara to add drama to the lashes.
