A dramatic eye is not always created by packing on layers of eyeshadow. It can be as simple as taking a dark colored liner, even your traditional black or brown liner, and lining the top and bottom of your lid. Then take a small stiff brush or even your finger and lightly smudge out the liner. Finish it off with 2 to 3 coats of a voluminous mascara to add drama to the lashes. Step 3 is to naturally contour and highlight your face shape. This step can be done by finding the areas on the face that recede, and placing your bronzer color in those areas.
