My bridal makeup was featured on Carats and Cake for my client Brittany's outdoor wedding. Brittany wanted a modern yet simple look. We decided the main focus of the wedding should be on her dress. We didn't want her makeup to compete with her gown, so I suggested a more subtle look for her wedding. We both agreed that her skin should look natural; therefore, I did not incorporate any contouring techniques and kept the use of face makeup subtle. In order to achieve this look, I emphasized her healthy-looking skin by creating a glowy and illuminated face.
